This music is perfect for solo activities (writing, meditation, prayer, and relaxation). I personally find it very therapeutic and the periodic scriptures that pop up on the screen make it a very effective prayer tool.  If you are new to the faith and want to speak with God (but you aren't sure where to begin) this could be a very helpful tool for you.

Find a quiet place where you wont be disturbed and use the scripture on the screen as an entry point for talking with God. You don't need to speak to Him in a specific way - God is so gentle, forgiving, patient, and kind - He just wants to know you, walk with you, and guide you as you journey though life. 

Open your heart to Him today and ask God to show you who He is. Seek and ye shall find! I assure you, nothing in this world is more precious than the love and daily communion with your Creator.
