I wanted to share some nutrition tips with those of you who are interested in making changes to your current lifestyle and food habits. God cares what you do with your body - it's the temple His Spirit resides in so I'm hoping this information is a blessing to you. ❤️ The first video is a webinar I recorded for my nutrition program and is approximately 1 hour in length. It goes over the 4-steps necessary to be successful in changing your food and exercise habits. 😊 The second video will give you a better understanding of how to create a complete meal using a simple smoothie method.
