Hello! My name is Carmen and I'm a health & nutrition counselor with a background in mental health and addictions research and acceptance & commitment therapy.
My speciality is in mindset and behaviour change (repentance coaching) and my area of expertise is in physical health and fitness, healing from addictions, identifying narcissistic abuse, and the practical application of aligning oneself with the Will of God. |
ABOUT ME:
I'm a bible-believing, God-fearing, Jesus-loving woman and The Most High God called me in 2022 to assist the Body of Christ in creating physically healthy temples for the Holy Spirit to reside in. Why? Because this world is spiritually, mentally and physically sick. The ways of the world are destructive to the human mind, body, and soul, the anti-Christ spirit has penetrated its way into our homes and relationships, and it is the Will of God that we learn how to protect ourselves from evil by putting on the full armour of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).

- Stress management (learning to identify chronic stressors in your life and practical steps for eliminating them)

- How to create healthy boundaries with unsaved friends and family.
- Understanding God's Word and His Will for your life with respect to your role as a child, mother, wife, and sister in Christ.
- How to leave an abusive relationship.
- How to heal your mind, body, and spirit after narcissistic abuse.
- Learning to forgive and pray for your enemies from a distance.
- How to receive deliverance from addictions and demonic forces in the name of Jesus.
